If the gallery owner has enabled them, you can leave comments on both galleries and individual photos. Just click the Add Comment button you see at the bottom of most gallery pages.
If you have a Facebook account, you can leave a comment after logging in with your Facebook username and password. When you do this, viewers can click your name and visit your public profile.
